Re-confirmation is important

We recommend to all our passengers to re-confirm your itinerary before 72 hours prior to your flight departure and also prior to your return flight.  

Manage My Flight

Flight booking confirmation

View your flight booking confirmation

1-    Go to My Trips to manage your bookings (you can View, print or email your itinerary or payment receipt.

2-    View your booking confirmation email from my account.

3-    If you forgot your itinerary reference number, you can find it easy just click on Find My Booking Confirmation, and then follow the steps.

4-    If you booked without sign in you may not see your itinerary in My Trips,go to find my Booking Confirmation.

5-    If you don’t find your booking confirmation in My Trips, your booking may not have confirmed with the airline, you may wait up to 24 hours to show in My Trips.

6-     If you want to review your flight schedule and trip details go to your itinerary.

 

Useful Information

1-    For information about Boarding pass and Check-in online, go to your airline and select Online Check-in.

2-   For information about Baggage fees and allowance, please go to your airline and select Baggage Fees and Allowance.

3-   For information about your seat reservation, please go to your airline and select Manage Your set assignment.

4-   To add passport information to your account, go to update passport information.

Online Flight Check-in

1-     For check-in online go to Manage My Flight, from the airline list find your airline and then select Check-in online than follow the instruction.  

2-     It is importance to know that check-in online opens 24-48 hours before your flight departure time, you will need your flight booking reference number to be able to check-in which you can find it in your itinerary.

3-     Make sure you arrive at the airport at least 2–3 hours before your international flight departure time and 1-2 hours before your domestic flight departure time.

4-     Airport check-in usually opens 2-3 hours before the departure time.

5-     After check-in online, you may be able to print your Boarding pass or pick it up from the kiosk at the airport or save it to your smart device, IPad or Phone.

6-     Don’t forget, you need your boarding pass to go through airport security.

7-     Some Low-cost airlines provide self service facilities such as, online check-in, seat assignment and Baggage reservations.

Manage your seat assignment

1-     With most of the airlines you can choose your seat at the time of booking your reservation. After your seat reservation we send it to the airline but we can’t always guarantee your reservation.

2-     How do I know my seat reservation confirmed? If you have selected your seat when you booked your flight. You can see your seat assignment in your itinerary as (yourseat reservation or selection is confirmed).

 

3-     Some Low-cost airlines don’t allow you to assign a seat online, you have to assign your seat at the gate.

4-     Some Low-cost airlines provide self service facilities such as, online check-in, seat assignment and Baggage reservations

Change your flight with low-cost airlines:

1-     For the low-cost airline flight booking changes whether your flight is return or one way, please contact your airline directly.

2-     We are really sorry that we can’t help you with changing or cancelling your flight with low-cost airlines, as we do not have direct access to the low-cost airline booking system.


Mistakes and name changes on tickets

1-     If you find mistakes in your flight bookings, such as traveller names incorrect, most of airlines permit misspelling corrections on tickets. Mistakes can be rectified as most of the airfares can be cancelled or changed without penalty charge, if you call the same day that you booked your flight.

2-     Changes can be made, but tickets can’t be transferred to another name or passenger.

3-     Traveller names on tickets must be match exactly with travellers government issued photo ID.

4-     Most of the airlines may apply penalty charges on name changes and the charges vary.

5-     For name changes with Low-cost airlines, please call the airline directly.

 

Airline Schedule changes

1-     For full service airlines: If for any reason the airline changed or cancelled your flight schedule, please contact us as soon as you can for assistance.

2-     For low-cost airlines: If for any reason the airline changed or cancelled your flight schedule, please contact the airline directly for solution.


Missed Flight

1-     If you missed your flight, we recommend you to take your ticket or boarding pass to the airline ticket counter or call the airline directly for assistance. Some airlines put travellers on stand-by for the next flight schedule available.

2-     Some airlines automatically cancel your return flight if you don’t arrive on time. In this case you have to book another flight to return.

Cancel your flight

1-     Full service airlines: to cancel your flight booking please call our dedicated customer service.

2-     For some airfares with most of Airlines you may be entitled to cancel your flight before 11.30 PM on the day of booking is made, no airline cancellation charges will apply.

3-     Our flight cancellation charges of £25apply per a passenger.

4-     To cancel your return flight which booked one way individually or operated by deferenceairline you must cancel both of them separately.

5-     For cancelling your flight which is part of a holiday booking, please callus.

6-     Some fares are non-changeable or non-refundable, please review your itinerary for fare rules and restrictions before attempting to cancel your flight.

7-     When the airline cancelled or changed your flight please call the airline or call us to assist you.

8-     If your flight booked with low-cost airlines please call the airline directly to cancel.

Get a receipt for your flight reservation

If you booked your flight with sign in:

1-     Sign In to your account to manage your flight booking receipt.

2-     Go to Payments and Receipts.

3-     Select Itinerary and then select print or email itinerary.


If You booked your flight as a guest?

1-     Manage My Flight, from upcoming window, please select My Booking Confirmation, and then enter your surname and your booking confirmation Number, and then click find my booking.

2-     If you forgot your Booking Confirmation Number, enter your Surname and your email address which used for which used at the time when you booked your flight, and then click on Send My Booking.


Manage My Hotel

View your Hotel, apartment and Villa Booking confirmation.

1-    You Can review your booking confirmation, after your booking completed. You will receive a confirmation email from global Travels which contains your itinerary confirmation number with full details of your trip.

2-    To Manage your booking, Sign Into your account and then review your booking. If you wish to email yourself a copy of your itinerary, select the email icon and follow the instruction. To print your itinerary please select the printer icon and then follow the instruction.

3-    You Can’t see your itinerary if you haven’t booked with Sign In.

4-    If You don’t see your booking in My Trips, please wait, bookings can take up to 24 hours after the booking completed to show In My Trips.

5-    If You don’t see your booking confirmation after 24 hours, please go to find booking confirmation.Enter your email address and surname than click send booking confirmation.

6-    To print or need a receipt for your Hotel Booking, go to Payment and receipt and then follow the instructions.

 


Check-in and Check-out

Hotel, Apartment and Villa

1-     You can find your hotel check-in details (time, date, contact number) in your confirmation email you received.

2-     You must have passport or government issued ID card with you to check-in, you don’t need a printed copy of your itinerary to check-in.

If you lost your confirmation email don’t worry, go to support page, from upcoming select Manage My Booking, from up-coming select Find Booking Confirmation. Than from up-coming enter travellers Surname Andand email address than select (Send My booking confirmation) you will receive confirmation email contains your booking confirmation, it may take up to 24 hours.

3-     You must check in during your Hotel, apartment or villa check-in hours, if you don’t show up without cancelling first, you may be charged by the accommodation provider a no-show up penalty charge. This charge can be vary, so please check the rules and restrictions in your itinerary for your accommodation policies.

4-     You can check-in to most of Hotel,Apartment, and villa at any time between their earliest Check-in time and midnight.

5-     To request an earlier check-in please call the accommodation provider directly.

Hotel,apartment and Villa

1-     If you need an early check-out or request changes toto your booking during your stay it may result in some charges. For more details about early termination please read the accommodation cancellation policies online or in your itinerary confirmation email.

2-     If you need an earlier termination and paid for your accommodation to us in advance please call us for assistance.

3-     If you need an earlier termination and youare paying for your stay at the Hotel, apartment or villa, please speak to them directly.


Cancellation

Cancel your Hotel, Apartment and Villa

1-     Most of the Hotels has cancellation deadline, you can cancel most of the hotel that's booked on Global travels online without penalty charge, if you cancel your hotel booking before the cancellation deadline.

2-     To cancel your booking online, go to your account, Sign In. in upcoming window select your hotel booking that you wish to cancel, and then follow the instructions.

3-     If your hotel booked part of a holiday package you can’t cancel your hotel separately, please contact us for assistance.

4-     If you booked as a non-refundable hotel offer, than you can’t cancel your hotel booking or you don’t see cancellation option for your booking.

5-     If you don’t see the cancellation option for your booking, you may missed the hotels cancellation deadline.

6-     Before you complete your booking, please read the rules and restrictions in your itinerary.

7-     If you can’t cancel your booking, you may have an option to change your travel dates instead of cancelling and losing your money all.

8-     Global Travels don’t charge a cancellation fee, but the Hotel may charge. Please Check your itinerary for full information.

9-     If you don’t check-in or show-up at the time of your hotel check-in hours without cancelling your booking, the hotel may charge you with a penalty fee. For more information please read the rules and restrictions in your itinerary.

Paymentoptions

Booknow and pay at hotel

 Now days most of the hotels offer you theoption to Book now and pay at the hotel orpay later. You can complete your booking reservation without paying anything,you will pay the full amount to the hotel directly at the check-in or when youcheck-out.


Booknow, pay deposit only

Some hotels, apartments and villas offer you the option to reserve your room with deposit, and pay the remaining balance to the hotel, apartment or villa directly at check-in or when you check-out.


Online Payment

1-     Paying for your (Hotel, Apartment, Villa) online: you can pay for your hotel online using a credit card, Visa debit, Visa card, MasterCard, payment must be made in full.

2-     Before you make a payment for your booking, please make sure that you have sufficient money in your bank account or credit card, so you don’t exceed your limit.

City Taxes will be paid at hotel

1-    City taxes are not included in the prices offered on our website.

2-     Most of the cities charge a city or tourist tax per a traveller per a night. You will pay this charge when you check-out.


Get a Receipt

sure, usually we send receipt automatically after booking is confirmed but in case you have not received you can download, print or email your receipt on your account.

1-     Sign-in to your account to view your bookings.

2-     From the Upcoming window, please select your itinerary.

3-     From Upcoming please select print receipt or Email Receipt.

 

If you booked as a guest

Go to support page, select Manage My Booking, and from Upcoming select My Booking Confirmation than from upcoming follow the steps required.

1-     If you lost or don’t have your itinerary please type your surname and email address which used at the time of your booking and then click send my Booking Confirmation.

2-     If you have your itinerary number please enter your Surname and itinerary number, and then click Find My Booking.
